About the software

FlareQ521 is practical engineering software for thermal-radiation
assessment at industrial sites. It implements the Brzustowski–Sommer
methodology aligned with API Standard 521, 7th Edition (2020), Errata 1
(Nov 2022) to compute ground-level thermal radiation and multi-flare
superposition on XY/Z grids and georeferenced maps.
